“Nice little park on the corner. The south side Ladue Rd is effectively a one way that allows for parking. A peaceful little creek runs through the middle and there are a couple of flat rocks near the bank that you can sit on. There are no bathrooms or facilities. Just a quiet and peaceful little corner of Ladue and Warson. Also a great place for suburban bird watching.”

Other places would quote $30-$100 to switch out a bulb. They literally came out immediately with a wrench, swapped out the bulb, and charged me less than $20! I didnt even have an appointment!
