I did the inbody scan and he took the time to explain the results and make a plan for the future. He even explained things like basal metabolic rate and why my daily calories should be higher than I originally thought. Then he showed me specific products I could use to help me achieve my goals. He made up samples of some of the powders so I could try them and make sure I liked the taste before I invested.
