Assistance Home Care

We've been very happy with the care we receive from AHC. AHC is the third agency we've used. The people in the office have taken the time to understand what we need, and even though we've been with the agency for a couple years, they still meet to check in every couple weeks. If we ever do have an issue with a caregiver, the managers take it seriously and fix the issue quickly. I can tell they really care about their clients.
We've used other agencies that have left us hanging with no care when a caregiver couldn't get to work. AHC has rapid-response staff for these emergencies. We've used them a few times, and they've been really good too. It means so much to know that even in emergencies, we're not forgotten.

I highly recommend Assistance Home Care. It provides reliable and supportive caregivers who are helpful to me in many ways. In addition to my healthcare needs, they also help with meals, laundry, and light housekeeping. The agency always makes sure that someone is here at the scheduled time.

Assistance Home Care was stellar: they stepped in on very short notice to help my 91 yr old mother safely return to her apartment after she fractured her pelvis.

We have been working with Assistance Home Care since May 2019. Caregivers with this organization have been visiting our home 6 days a week from 9am-5pm and assisting my husband who has advanced Parkinson's disease. We now have one main caregiver who is with us 6 days a week who has helped us greatly in the administration of my husband's day to day life and allowing me to be able to leave our home and do errands and classes and doctor's appointments, etc. Michelle helps in a variety of ways to include ensuring that his bedroom and bathroom are neat and tidy; that he eats a good breakfast and lunch; reminds him of his medications like clock-work; walks with him in the yard in order to gain some exercise; sits in a room with him or near by to ensure his safety; runs occasional errands; and much more. Her cheery spirits and patience are a great addition to our family and to Greg's welfare. Assistance Home Care is extremely vigilant about all aspects of our home care and always there to help - no matter what! We are very fortunate to have discovered this organization.

AHC helped our elderly mother get back on her feet after emergency kidney stone surgery through their caring, attentiveness, assistance with a rehab plan, etc. Special thanks to CarePro Brittany!!! Pat and Win were tremendous as well!
