“Lots of items to browse through, a wonderful selection of dog food to choose from, toys, beds, treats, and blankets too. They have leashes, collars, life jackets, and a few cat items as well. They even have tombstones for your pets. The cashier was a super lady, so nice and helpful. She was just the best. They are a tad more expensive on the dog food, but I found a treat brand I usually get on Chewy for less in the store and in a new flavor. They have homemade treats too. Overall, I loved this store and will be returning.”

She is knowledgeable, kind, and does an incredible job teaching me how to best support my animals with special needs. Her bed side manner during regular check ups is unmatched and my sometimes “selective” pets are responsive and interactive with her. The staff at West Side are consistently courteous and accommodating.
