“I'm not sure what went wrong with some of the other installs and reviews I have read, but they were NOTHING like my experience with Superior and their crews. Scheduling, installing, follow up; everything went so smoothly for me it was like a dream! All I had to do was sit back, relax and wait for my beautiful new floors. And let me tell you: They. Are. Beautiful. Superior went above and even beyond for me by volunteering to pick up and deliver my product, a service they normally do not offer but something they were willing to do since the delivery company would not due to COVID19. The office crew made sure I was notified of procedure, what I needed to do to be ready, when the installers would arrive and what to expect; the installers made sure to walk my entire home with me to point out where they would start, where they would move my furniture and what steps they would take throughout. I have had many projects done through the Home Depot (we are remodeling our entire house, inside, outside, top to bottom - What else do we have to do during the lock down???) and Superior has by far been the best and most pleasant to work with. I would recommend that anyone who is thinking of new flooring skedaddle to their local Home Depot and request to work with these fantastic people!”

“I and my family have had several occasions to engage the Kriegshauser Mortuary-West Chapel over the past 10 or so years, most recently in February of 2018. The staff is incredibly thoughtful and attend to all details in the most respectful and sincere manner, which is exactly what one would hope under such circumstances. The service at the Chapel as well as at the cemetery was exactly as agreed and professionally managed in every way. What I appreciated most was that they listened and understood from our first meeting exactly what I and my family’s wishes were and respected those desires. “Place was fairly new. Room was clean and spacious. The only issues which I won't knock off stars is that the shower knob, that turns from shower to tub flow was missing. I told the front desk when checking out and hopefully that was replaced. The breakfast was mediocre. It was similar to the breakfast at the Marriott I stay at in CA for work. At 8am they had already ran out of milk. So it seems whoever runs the logistics of the breakfast needs to do a better job and stocking the shelves.”
