When something didn't work she found a different instrument and keep trying until we found what worked for me. Tori never became frustrated with me. She talked me through the entire procedure. Tori even gave me breathing exercises to get me through it. I'm big on Customer Service not only because it's what my job consist of but because it's who I am. I needed her right by my side. “I hadn’t been to the dentist in over six years and was pretty nervous after finding out I needed a tooth pulled (which I never had done before). Everyone was beyond patient, friendly and understanding. They made me feel very comfortable after noticing how nervous I was and eased all of my fears. Dr. Blake was amazing and super friendly! “Absolutely wonderful! I had to get my wisdom teeth removed quickly as they were infected and I was leaving the country soon. Their staff answered all my questions and from the first call to the surgery was just 13 days! I had my wisdom teeth taken out while awake but I was very comfortable. Dr. Chris Parks took his time to make sure I was fully numb before he started, allowed me to wear headphones while drilling, and kept me informed every part of the way. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and to make sure my needs were meet. I would definitely recommend him to anyone! I would go again myself if he hadn't removed all my wisdom teeth already!”
