“I've only had positive experiences here. Any procedures that I felt were high were due to an insurance coverage issue (I don't have the washU insurance so some things I have to contact my insurance to ensure coverage). All the doctors I've seen were amazing, professional, and caring. Sometimes the wait in the waiting area are long, but that is because they make sure you are taken care of before leaving and don't make you schedule multiple appointments to have things looked at. I've never left here without everything being addressed. The pharmacy here is also wonderful.”

After a year and a half, she moved out of state and Private Home Care immediately had a plan and options to replace her while she was still working with mom. Since then my mom moved to 24 hour care and now, especially with COVID, our family is at peace knowing she is in her home with people that we have gotten to know over the years. I am impressed by how everything is handled by management, the responsiveness to COVID in February before it was even an issue here and most of all we are happy with our caregivers. If there is any problem, the office staff look for an immediate solution and don’t make excuses.
