After a year and a half, she moved out of state and Private Home Care immediately had a plan and options to replace her while she was still working with mom. Since then my mom moved to 24 hour care and now, especially with COVID, our family is at peace knowing she is in her home with people that we have gotten to know over the years. I am impressed by how everything is handled by management, the responsiveness to COVID in February before it was even an issue here and most of all we are happy with our caregivers. If there is any problem, the office staff look for an immediate solution and don’t make excuses. You can just tell that they care about the reputation of the company and are passionate about providing the best service for their patients and for their families. I would recommended this company without any reservations to any one exploring home care options.”
