She really goes back to the basics of every yoga pose and teaches how to correctly improve and help hold said poses. I never feel lost in this class! It feels less like an intense work out and more like rejuvenating of the body and mind. Patricia’s classes are amazing for getting relaxing real deep stretch. I look forward to her calming Thursday morning classes. If you’re feeling in a slump and just want to feel good again, go here. It’s like no studio I’ve been to before!”
