He was very helpful and I was able to get what I wanted on order and looking forward to a quick delivery. Getting some throw pillows to put on the couch to get a bit of a blue color with it. They were all very helpful getting me in and out in a quick fashion. One week later after visiting Value City, the call and delivery happened so, update to the living room has also occurred with a very brought new look and the better view of my own room. Sam measured my feet and brought out many options for me to try on that all fit. He is very knowledgeable and professionally adjusted the straps to a perfect fit.
