PMA has been fantastic for my 12 year old. It pushes him out of his comfort zone and has increased his resolve as well as his self confidence. We love PMA!

My daughter has been going here for about 6 months. Her ability to focus and listen has dramatically improved as well as her self confidence. Matt, Kelly and Artim do a fantastic job. Thjs has been wonderful for my daughter and I can't recommend Premier Martial Arts in Manchester enough. Amazing!

My 5 year old son has a strong inability to focus. He also tends to get in trouble for playing too rough at school. When he came to me and said, "Mom, I want to be a good fighter!" My first thought was, no because I didn't want to encourage fighting at school, but then I remembered, the lessons learned from martial arts are extremely positive. After the first lesson with Sensei Matt, my son came home excited to go back. During his class time my son is learning not to speak over the teacher, how to control his body and, more importantly, I notice he is starting to focus more on what the teacher is saying so that he can do better with his movements. I'm excited because my son is getting the structure he needs and he is getting to learn how to be a "good fighter". WIN-WIN!
