“I gave them 5 stars because I have never had an unfortunate incident like today. They service is always a 10 in my book. Today I placed and paid for a lunch order online. But when I arrived to pickup lunch, they did not have a record of it in they're system. Ms Jackie tried her best to accommodate me but timing was not allowing for the order to be made at that point. I hope they didn't take me as being rude because I understand computer errors occur. I just had to go the entire work day with nothing to eat which is not good for a diabetic.”
