Instructors and GM are super sweet and great to work with. Studio is clean and well taken care of. Classes are fun, small to moderate sized attendance, and overall a great place to visit and take classes.

I can’t imagine ever working out anywhere but PBDP. You will not find a more welcoming environment or better team of teachers than here. The workouts are difficult, but very do able. You will definitely work up a sweat every single class. I am far from being coordinated or “fit” and I feel very comfortable at PBDP. There is zero judgement here and lots of positivity/encouragement.

I got a promo code for a free trial class and, not knowing what to expect, I signed up for the class alone. I typically hate workout classes of any type, especially when it's a brand new concept. Kate Hannon was the instructor for my class and made the whole experience very welcoming!! She continually helped me perfect each move throughout the class and gave pointers on how to modify them if I was feeling strained. I definitely recommend this workout for anyone who's looking for something new in their routine!

This place is a true gem. You get results almost immediately and feel stronger every class. The instructors are highly motivating and really put you in the mindset to push yourself past your limits. The classes are challenging and well worth it! You feel great the rest of the day and feel leaner and more toned.
