You will absolutely not regret going to Ron at shockwave fitness. He is extremely knowledge about not only fitness but more importantly, the science behind it and what works and why it works. He puts in the work for you by tailoring your workouts and nutrition to you and your body. If you put in the work, you *WILL* see the results. He also specializes in corrective exercise so if you've had an injury, he knows how to help you and even get you back to doing workouts you never thought you'd be able to do again. I've had lower back pain for quite a few years now and always shyed away from squats/deadlifts and he took plenty of 1 on 1 time to ensure that my form was perfect before adding them to my daily workout schedule. He's helped me a TON and is always super responsive if I/when I have training questions mid-workout. Highly advised if your looking for knowledge and results.
