“I rented a storage locker at Eastside Storage for approximately two years. Dave, the manager, went out of his way to accommodate my needs. I worked in Customer Service my entire working life and CS is very important to me. Earlier this year, I had major surgery and as a result of all that was going on, forgot to send rent payment. Dave was super-understanding and didn’t charge me a late fee, which he certainly could of! The locker was clean, dry and probably the nicest one I’ve ever rented. If I ever need one in the future, I will go to Eastside!!!”

“I had a fantastic experience with the Life Storage on Petty Rd in Durham for my short term storage needs. The online system was super easy to use, both for initial set up and monthly payments. The unit itself and the facilities in general are very clean and well maintained. Ryan, the customer service associate, was incredibly friendly, competent, and easy to work with. He walked me comfortably through both getting the unit, and vacating it two months later, making the whole experience easy, pleasant, and straightforward. Moving was hard; this wasn't. Highly recommend.”

“I just moved in July 2022 using All My Son’s and I really appreciated the attitude of the 3 guys who helped us to move. JR was the absolute best. Extremely professional and kept the process going smoothly. I needed to move with 1 day notice and they were able to accommodate my request. I did have a poor experience with the agent who booked us over the phone because she was completely off on the price for the move and how many hours it would take. It ended up being way more than what I was quoted. Though I was not happy about this and shocked, the manager Luis was very responsive throughout the process and professional and did everything he could to help. All in all, the attitude of the movers made the experience still enjoyable. They definitely put their clients first and really just want you to leave happy with their service.
