“For delivering trucks, they will NOT let you park overnight. Little tight when backing. Appt for 11:00 came in at 6:00, out at 6:15. Had only 5 pallets. Very fast service. Mask must be worn while checking in. POD left in the trailer after unloading. Easy in and out. My experience was good.”

“Barb, the post master at this location was incredibly helpful. She worked at the O'Fallon MO post office when I called in with my complaint. I wasn't not happy the carrier misplaced my package and the people answering the phones giving me the run around so I spoke with Barb. After a good lengthy conversation about what happened, she took the time out of her day to help me despite the chaos. More importantly, she genuinely cared to resolve my problem. She apologized for the miscommunication, informed me of their process and got me a solution. She went out of her way to call me on the weekend from home just to ensure I received my package. Even though she normally works at the Hazelwood location, while she was working at O'Fallon, I was very pleased to reach someone like her.”
