“Phenomenal work done by Audrey! I went in for a consultation a few weeks ago with black hair dye still stuck on my hair from a year’s worth of hair growth. My grown out roots were drastically different from the rest of my hair, like night and day. I wanted to go lighter, and I wasn’t sure if it could be done without killing my hair. So I went in for my consultation and they totally said they could do the work. Went in yesterday for a 3 hour process of lifting, highlights, and toning that turned into a lot longer than 3 hours lol. But I was so happy with the results, I didn’t mind the time it took at all it. It was kind of relaxing. Audrey really worked some hair stylist magic, and worked so hard for the end result. I think this is by far the best dye job I’ve ever had. Also some of the nicest people, they all were very professional and kind to me when I came in and all of their suggestions for what should be done, really helped pull my hair all together at the end. She even curled my hair after almost a full day of work on me, really made my week!”

“First time customer at Supercuts and it was a GREAT EXPERIENCE! I've been to other corporate haircut chains where I received a one-cut-fits-all style despite my detailed description of what I was looking for (I won't mention names but you know who you are Great Clips and Fantastic Sam's) and they just don't cut it. Pun intended. I know it's the stylist that is to blame, not the company. But then again, hire better stylists and train them on more than one standard haircut. Anyways, I walked in on a Sunday evening and had the pleasure of meeting Vera. I told her of the past haircut mayhams I've experienced and requested she do anything except the infamous one and done male hairstyle. She listened attentively, offered some suggestions, and with approval had my hair cut in less than 20 mins! Her attention to detail, small talk, and professionalism were nothing short of world class customer service. I was very impressed and exceptionally pleased with the entire experience and the final outcome. Needless to say I will be returning to see her specifically when that time of the month arrives for a hair cut. Thank-you Vera!!! You are a superb and shining example of the quality hair stylist that corporate chains need to be actively searching for.”
