“I go there every year, the nurses are very nice, the doctor was great too. Nice and profesional women, the office is very clean and nice. With all due respect, the one thing I don’t like is how the ladies at the front desk act, I’m sorry but they are not so nice, my first experience was a couple of years back, the girl was kind of rude, the last couple of times they weren’t rude but they where not very friendly or welcoming, surely they are busy or tired but when I am worried about my health I truly don’t need to feel like they don’t want me there, empathy is the word that comes to mind.”
