Due to Covid you can’t try on any wigs yet eyebrows and piercings are still being done which confuses me a bit. Other wise it’s a cool place to come shop for any of your hair care needs. “Very mean. As soon as I stepped into the store, the cart guy and nearby clerks started bullying me. The greeter pushed me down and spit on my jacket. I had to take the jacket to a professional dry cleaner because the greeter had been eating chocolate cake with vanilla icing. The dry cleaners were okay. They were telling me about their experiences overseas. When I searched for cinnamon raisin bread, they seemed to be out. I had trouble finding the moth balls but they were in stock. The ranch dressing and orange paper plates ended being good. Thanks Schnucks.”

“Initial sales contact was very good, but Rapids supplied us with 2 faulty hood/fan systems which they sourced through a sub, delaying the opening of our restaurant. We finally had to make our own modifications to get the system to work. The sub admitted the mistake and promised to reimburse us for a portion of the costs we incurred making the system useable. Although we initially received assurances that payment was coming "any day", to date, 5 months later, we have not received. Rapids and their sub both shirked their responsibility. We will not do business with this organization again. UPDATE: My issue was resolved and reimbursement was received.”

“Lora has been my designer twice now and she is the sweetest. I enjoy working w her and we could easily just talk for hours, and have. She knew what I wanted before I did and even after install I was like surprised with things I didn’t know were part of it that made it that much better of a closet. Rob was our installer and he was very efficient and went above on the first day making sure I could at least use the closet since it was a two day job. He was precise and detail oriented.
