“We did not end up buying anything (actually had a return) but we shopped around specifically for shoes for the longest time. It wasn’t very busy and at first the workers were helping someone else. We waited our turn and found the kiosk to check for our sizes. Although ultimately the shoes that I tried did not fit as I’d like, Jazz, yes jazz like the music, was very helpful and very informative. While helping us and other customers he gave advice and bits of wisdom and asked lots of questions to better understand what we were looking for… We didn’t get a store feedback survey because we didn’t buy anything but Jazz is the kind of employee that should be recognized for his helpfulness! Everyone else was great as well. We felt bad that we didn’t buy anything from Jazz; he really knows his shoes. We also talked about the books we were reading, Star Wars, and the various chit chat that one makes with a sales associate while walking around trying on shoes. As another customer service worker (not in sales) sometimes customer or patron complements are few and far between. Satisfied people don’t tend to speak up. Thank you, Jazz. You were very helpful!”

“I've been all over town (and the internet) looking for a bike that will fit my 6'5" frame. Walked into here hoping to find something that fit, with a secondary goal of it being $500 or less. (I won't be competing in any triathlons soon, just want to cruise around town with the family) The two guys were friendly and knew my problem. They brought out a fantastic bike (21" frame, thank goodness!), and it was only $450! After I agreed to buy it, they inspected every single bolt, and told me to bring it back after 10 hours of riding or a month to get all the things re-tightened. I'm excited to come back! Editing to add that we did come back after my wife's target bike fell apart on its first day. The owner greeted us warmly and helped her find the perfect bike for her. Our young kids didn't bother him (or the other employee) at all.”
