“Those guys at Advance Transmissions are great. Even though they did not fix what was wrong with it, they helped point me in the right direction. Everything that my Nissan Rogue was doing pointed at the CVT transmission. After they did the diagnostic on it, they found that the transmission was fine. It had to do with the voltage on the pedal to the throttle body. When they called and told me what it was, they said the charge would just be for the diagnostic. Johnathan said if you look on our web page, there is a coupon for a free diagnostic, which everything didn't cost me anything. I live 3-4 hours away form them and that will be the only place I take my vehicles with a transmission problems. They are a good honest company.”

“I’m not one for reviews, but there’s no way I can’t say how awesome these people are. During my drive from Michigan to Arizona, my wheel bearing went out on my 2015 Ford F250. I called them 30 minutes before they were closing, still being 20 minutes away, they got my information, and ordered the part for it. When I arrived they got the truck taken apart, and ready for the new part to go in while waiting for the new part to arrive. New part arrived, i paid them and was on my way. This was possibly the easiest encounter I’ve ever had with an auto shop. I meant to leave a review then but I had forgotten when I made it to arizona. The main reason for leaving the review now is that the part they had replaced failed again, nothing that they did, it was my neglect for not fixing the other issues causing it to go bad. However, 5 months later i need to replace it, there’s a 3 year warranty on the part, but the auto parts store couldn’t seem to find the warranty so I called them and they were more than willing to help sort out the issue. I really cannot thank the folks there enough for all of their tremendous efforts to help out a complete stranger, but I hope that this is read by somebody, and helps them make a decision to have work done on their vehicle. All around great company, great people, great work, and great prices.”

“I've worked with Ken at Cool Shades multiple times in the last 15 years. Most recently in December for a new to me vehicle. I needed the front windows and strip across the windshield done. The shop is always clean and he is always friendly. I like that the tint options are on the door so you can see what they look like and if you can see through them. Whenever I get a new to me vehicle, tint is a top priority for me. I usually get the front windows done to match the back and then the dark strip on the front. Usually only takes a couple of hours at most and it's always immaculately put on. Ken's work is the best quality you are going to see for tint! Do know going in that Cool Shades does not offer 5% on the front windows due to current state regulation with that being illegal. You will need to look elsewhere for that service.”
