Rent is perfect the lot space is perfect and we purchased our manufactured home flat out and flipped it so in the long run it’s worth it in these times. Only thing I don’t care for is the gross smell of the water plant right by my lot.”

Very accommodating, knowledgeable hosts that gave good recommendations on what to see in the area. Great place to unwind and de-stress. Walking distance to historic downtown Ste. “We had a wonderful stay at this B&B. Kelly is a lovely and gracious host. The beds were very comfortable and rooms were clean. There is plenty to do with a hot tub, pool, fire pit, corn hole boards and shuffle board table on site. The town of Augusta is small which makes it walking distance to restaurants, stores, Augusta Winery, Good News Brewing Company and Halcyon Spa. Kelly also keeps a mini fridge stocked with a variety of drinks for her guests along with different snacks. Breakfast was delicious and she takes recommendations on what to serve. If I'm ever back in Augusta I would definitely stay here again.”

“I went with my sisters to have a girls weekend. We had a fantastic time. Mary is a wonderful host. She was not able to be there for part of our stay and so we also met her sister Kay, who was great. The house is comfortable, The breakfast was good. The setting of the house is beautiful. The price was very reasonable. I left my jewelry there by accident and they let me know and mailed it back to me. From the big things and small things it was a great experience!”

“Truly has been an extremely nice time living here. The neighborhoods are quiet and away from the city but close enough for their convenience. Everything is well kept and not falling apart. Every neighbor treats the other with respect. Maintenance has been incredible. If the wind busted our outer door, they quickly fixed it. Appreciated the lawn upkeep as well since I'm disabled and Unable to tend to it myself. Thank you.”

“Lobby was clean and inviting. Check In was after 10 pm. Staff was friendly. Elevator could use some attention. I remember whatever was on the wall was torn. There wasn't an ice machine on the floor I was on. I had to come downstairs for ice. Breakfast was laughable. Same breakfast you find at the dirt cheap hotels. The breakfast area is VERY Nice and stayed clean. Despite so, I paid for a decent breakfast elsewhere. Room was clean and of moderate size. AC worked well. I felt safe. I honestly would stay there again as long as the rate is acceptable. Parking lot was somewhat annoying because some of the guests took up 2 parking spaces. The street that you turn on wasn't that noticeable to me in the dark. I bypassed the street twice. There are two more hotels in the same area. I am unsure whether other guests had the same problem. IMO, This is a true 3 star hotel. There are NOT any amenities that I noticed. So, it's rated high by me based on other 3 star hotel. It would have been nice if the grass where I parked was cut back more. Despite so, the rabbit enjoyed it. I stayed 2 days.”

The beds and linens were super comfy, the kitchen was well stocked for us to cook in, and there was plenty of room for our group of 6. The host was very attentive to all our questions and needs! “We stayed here this past weekend and it was very comfortable. The linens all smelled very fresh, the jacuzzi jets were powerful, and the communication was good. Ms. Sharon provided a lovely and freshly cooked breakfast of eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, and pancakes on Saturday, and eggs and biscuits and gravy on Sunday. She even made the food early for me on Saturday due to my needing to be somewhere. It was exactly what we needed.”

“As we were driving through the area for the first time, the check engine light was on and the driver wanted to stop so I could check it out and make sure the trip home would be safe. After making sure we were able to drive on, we decided to find out if we could find a restroom before we got back on the road. There was a large party going on in the building to the north of the property. I walked down and found the office and rang the bell to find the manager. The manager was happy to help us out and opened the game room next to the large event room, so we were able to continue on our way. The parking lot was full and the people were going on and out and from what we could see, the facility seemed very nice. The game room was kept up and the pool table, etc. all looked in very good condition. Having never been through the area, we didn't know if there were other places to stop. Thanks to the graciousness of the manager we had a much better trip home! Relieved the stress of not knowing about the engine and the pressure of full bladders, we drove away happy we stopped there.”
