“I have various reasons why I'm giving Plumbers 911 5 stars. A few months ago, my kitchen had a clogging issue which I discovered during, no less, dinner. Called a different contractor but they told me that help won't arrive until 8:30PM, which was way too late for an emergency so I called Plumbers 911 and they sent me a team in less than an hour. I don't know, maybe their quarters in Chicago were stationed nearby? Maybe. The serviceman Leo immediately gave his recommendations and upon approval, went on to fix my clogged drain in the kitchen. Not only that, he also gave me tips on plumbing maintenance and how I should no it regularly, not for additional money, but for me to save on more expensive expenses. I never want to have anything like this happen in the future, but I'm giving them a 5-star rate for their top notch service.”
