“We had a sign made for my wife's business in 2019. We didn't go with Stone's because the other place was over a third cheaper (and money was very tight then). Here we are, 1.5 years later and the original sign has never lit up properly at night. The "other guys" always insisted that the 3 sections of our sign were tied together on the same dusk timer, but we didn't trust it. We had Stone's come out to look things over and they found SO many things wrong with our installation! No electrical disconnect by the sign, 14 wires in a 1 gang electrical box, wires tucked behind LED wiring for retention instead of being attached directly (which nearly pushed a cover off one of the sign pieces). Stone's corrected the original issue (as expected, the dusk sensors were NOT tied together properly) and fixed as many of the other as he could without assuming liability for a job that wasn't his to begin with. He sent me multiple pictures of the poor work from the previous sign company and was fair to deal with. Even with all the unexpected work he still came in within his original sight-unseen estimate...no complaints! The moral of the story - Stone's may not be the cheapest but as we just found out, you definitely get what you pay for, and quality is worth the cost. Go with a local company like Stone's that actually takes pride in their work!”

The former owner had it for 40 years and recently retired and sold to Hoffman. The new manager is a designer and tradesman and very friendly and helpful. Seriously, most people who have shared their experience either expect Compass to be miracle workers or expect them to completely change all their policies to revolve around them. They are just people. Most of them care and are doing the best they can. I have only had one mishap in all my years with them. And the only real problems I would change are; it being hard to get ahold of your prescriber and the dental will Bar you from service after two missed visits. But those of us who rely on Medicaid transport, which is notoriously unreliable, should have a "get out of being barred free" card when Medicaid transport fails to pick us up. Otherwise, I am happy with my service.”

“This location has been undergoing a remodel for quite a while, and I think the chaotic part is complete?? That being said, they need to work on the in-store online order pick-up situation. Apparently, since the remodel, they no longer have all of the ready-to-pick-up orders back behind the customer service area anymore - some of them are all the way on the other side of the building, forcing the associate to walk across the entire store to pick them up. It took several minutes for her to get mine, which seemed like there could have been a better set-up.”
