They didn't call, so by business day 8 or 9, I called them. Nonetheless, they answered the phone after a few attempts and got me scheduled within 2 weeks. Despite the uneasy start, everything went perfectly. I paid for a permit to be pulled and was able to verify that they did, in fact, pull a permit. My installer was timely and quick, and I've had no problems with my new appliance in the month since installation.”
