Extremely nice. Actually took time to listen to all my concerns, unlike other doctors. Made me feel very comfortable and explained everything she was doing before she did it. Wish she could be my doctor for everything!!

She is the best doctor ever! She is very empathetic to your needs and has an amazing bedside manner.

I was extremely impressed with Dr. Bracken. I joined my mother in law for her appointment, she needed assistance with interpreting during the appointment and Dr. Bracken was so patient. She answered all of our questions and never once did we feel rushed (I’m sure our appointment lasted well over an hour). Dr. Bracken did amazing with letting us know what type of options my mother in law had. She also did a great job at presenting all of the options in a way both my mother in law and I understood. I was very pleased with our appointment and I’m glad my mother in law was referred to Dr. Bracken.

I was surprised by the get well card and all of the personal well wishes written on the card one week after my surgery. It was very kind and thoughtful. I truly appreciated the time and effort that was taken to go above and beyond what was necessary to make me feel at ease in all stages of discussion, diagnosis, surgery and recovery. The lines of communication were always open, and the information given to me prior to surgery was extremely helpful and put my mind more at ease with less anxiety and worry. It allowed for questions to be asked and answered before as well as after the surgery, too. The amount of care, compassion and kindness on all levels of care was incredible, and I felt extremely comfortable in everyone's care. I would recommend highly Women's Hospital Staff for any procedure that you may be considering.
