My 2yo is never scared to go to the doctor - he shed zero tears with his most recent vaccine, even. The staff are efficient and friendly, and always play with him and help keep him entertained and happy, even though that's outside of their job description of course. The online self scheduling feature offered is super convenient for me as a busy Mom. We haven't had to use it, thankfully, but this location also has an urgent care on the evenings and weekends. We're very happy with Dr. Kraft and his office.”

“The check in process is amazingly quick and efficient. Wait times have always been very short. This visit, I had the pleasure of overhearing a staff member talking with another patient. He was seeking a referral but needed to see his PCP, not his ortho doc. She was amazingly kind and patient and gave him clear direction about why they couldn’t help him there but what he needed to do next to get his issue addressed. It would have been easy for her to dismiss him and send him away but she sat with him until she was sure he understood. She was wonderful. I only wish I had caught her name. This happened on 8/10 at 9:30am.”

I've had carpal tunnel surgery in both wrist and he did a great job, with little recovery time. My son has had rotator cuff & hand surgery by Dr. T. I had a bad rotator cuff but we got it "fixed" with PT instead of surgery. Phew!! I would very highly recommend him.”

“Dr. Peters listened very carefully and took my health concerns seriously. I never experienced long wait times in the office. He didn’t try to diagnose me and recommend medicine based on my symptoms or complaints, but took his time to run labs/imaging and deal with each issue separately to rule anything out. I know it’s his job to have good bedside manner, but in his case, it was genuine (or he’s just extremely patient, because I’m quite nervous and talk myself into a corner). He wasn’t cold and didn’t make me feel crazy or lecture me. I highly recommend this doctor. He genuinely cares, and I’m now I’m finally pain free after he performed a successful surgery because he uses science instead of just making blind assumptions. The nurses and receptionists are also smart, prompt, and friendly.”
