MD West ONE - Fountain Ridge

Beautiful facility with staff just as beautiful! The staff were all pleasant, friendly, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. They kept me informed and answered my questions. From my moms new hips, at 93 years of age, to my husband’s shoulder injury to my feet, top notch care.

The check in process is amazingly quick and efficient. Wait times have always been very short. This visit, I had the pleasure of overhearing a staff member talking with another patient. He was seeking a referral but needed to see his PCP, not his ortho doc. She was amazingly kind and patient and gave him clear direction about why they couldn’t help him there but what he needed to do next to get his issue addressed. It would have been easy for her to dismiss him and send him away but she sat with him until she was sure he understood. She was wonderful. I only wish I had caught her name. This happened on 8/10 at 9:30am.

I am very happy with Earl & Sean who talked with me & my wife on my post surgery exam. Earl is great and did an excellent job of taking out my staples. Dr Sean went over quite a lot with us and was helpful. Dr Keiser has some great people to work with. Great job.

Dr. McMullen and his PA have been very informative and kind as we have been tackling my upper foot pain. I will really feel comfortable going there again if I need to. I would definitely recommend Mid West One at Fountain Ridge and in Fremont to my friends and family.

I really appreciate the communication I have gotten from Dr Charles Rosipal both times I have seen him. He goes over the X-rays and explains the best way to treat my shoulders.

Dr Ajay Jana replaced my hip a couple of years ago and he also discussed the X-ray and process to have my hip replaced. He put me at ease with his own confidence.

Two great doctors and I have absolutely no problem referring people to either of them.
