From the time I contacted the business to set up an appointment for a quote to picking up my repaired van I was met with courteous employees who went out of their way to answer my questions and give me a clear quote. They kept me informed at every stage of the repair process.I will never take my vehicle to any other body shop and I highly recommend B Street Collision for your repair needs!

Promptly returned calls. Courteous. Explained everything clearly, including insurance and rental car processes. Kept me updated on work progress and finished it earlier than promised. Work appeared to be excellent. Took the time to walk around the car with me before and after to explain the repairs.

Excellent customer service, as they kept me informed every step of the way through my repair service and everyonewas very friendly. . I took my car in because of hail damage and they did an excellent job in removing all dents and replacing the trim. In addition, they cleaned up my car after the work was finished and had it completed in 2 weeks. Thank you B Street.

The staff at B street were so friendly it felt as if I was part of the family. They finished my truck quicker then what they told me, which I was very impressed. The work they did was awesome! They were very detailed and was like new when I got my truck back. The service they have felt over the top. I would take my truck back if I need have something fixed in the future. I would recommend B street to my friends and family. I was very pleased with the results.
