I ordered flowers for my mother for her birthday through a third party website, as I live in Oregon. Somehow in the mix, the bouquet she received was not what I thought it should have been.I expected, at most, an offer for a discount on my next purchase. Well, Blossoms and Blooms delivered her a brand new bouquet! This one is absolutely gorgeous. They went above and beyond my expectations.Best of all, they made my Mother very happy.
