“I’ve had Bob as my insurance agent since 2016 when I got my first apartment and started out on my journey as an adult. He has helped me traverse the world of insurance, between renters and car, adding in a car loan and life insurance throughout the years. He is always very good at explaining everything so that I understand. He also never tries to upsell me on anything, letting me know when a lower option is better and breaking down numbers to make sense. Meredith who works the front desk is great, too. She has been very helpful and quick in her help in the past when I had questions or needed documents. Overall, I am very happy with Bob Speck and his office!”

So pleased, and it’s so nice to see without glasses for the first time in 20 years. I picked Kugler for a reason, and I’m glad I did. The one thing I’d say is- if you’re prone to panic attacks, let them know & ask for an extra Valium. I wish I would have. “I struggled with this review because although substandard work that caused me much anxiety was initially done, the owner of the company responded quickly to my complaints and the issues were resolved. I read reviews before I hired this company and thought I would have to worry about nothing. The first crew of Jonathan and his assistant spent spotty 2-4 hr periods over several days prepping the house and left cigarette butts in my yard. They said they were working on another job too so I accepted that without complaint. Although I had asked them several times not to get paint on the brick foundation, I found drips of paint on it. Instead of putting down protection, they got white paint on my red roof. They used dark grey primer on my white house which was to be repainted white. Jonathan told me he had to use 6 coats of white paint to cover the primer in areas that he had painted. Then they smeared dark grey vulkem caulking on the front porch balustrade. This product dries to a grainy finish and even when painted over collects dirt and in my opinion is not appropriate for a balustrade. But maybe if applied appropriately would have not been as big of an issue.Their immediate supervisor who is the job estimator named Scott came to assess my complaints and was impatient with me and defensive of the poor work done, dismissive of my complaints.He said the use of the grey caulk and primer was because they “ran out “ of the white. There are 2 hardware stores that carry these products within 1 mile of my house. He also stated that the caulking job was “normal “. I spent several hours using a solvent to clean up the sloppy work. From then , I communicated with only the owner Casey who was very responsive and came to my house several times to take care of issues.He sent the “A” team of Israel (Izzy) and his assistant. They were able to fix all problems and otherwise did a great job in 2 days! They adequately protected areas from unwanted paint. Casey did not charge me for any extra paint required to cover the dark grey primer. So , all in all, I would recommend this company but make sure they send the “A” team!”

“I had to go here because my son's phone was smashed. The only person who was working in the store was the manager. He was kind and knowledgeable. He made sure he was able to help me get a phone at the least amount both out of pocket and on my bill. I asked why he was working alone, and he had told me his employees have been working hard and deserved time off. Great show of leadership, in my opinion.”

“Dr. Mark Taylor is an excellent pediatric dentist. He's been my dentist for 33 years! Yes, he's a pediatric dentist, but since he's never made me switch, I never have. He knows his stuff (teaches dentistry at Creighton). He's done my routine dental care and braces. I've only ever had to see someone else for wisdom teeth. He's honest and doesn't over treat or recommend fancy, expensive treatments. I know this because I have the benefit of having a grandfather who used to be a dentist. All of his second opinions backed up Dr. Taylor's recommendations. I get compliments on my smile and that's thanks in part to Dr. Taylor. I don't hesitate to recommend him.”

“I loved living here and couldn't recommend it more highly! The apartments are clean, modern, and spacious. I really enjoyed the quiet community, the pool, and all of the dogs! :) Jeremy, Lee-Ann, and Annabelle in the leasing office were friendly and helpful with all of my questions, and the few maintenance requests I had were taken care of quickly. They really go above and beyond to work with residents. When I bought my home and was in the process of moving out, my movers ended up walking off the job and leaving all of my belongings in my garage! My lease was ending that day, it was already 4pm, and I had no way to get all of my belongings out of the unit on time. When I went to let them know, they were very understanding and worked with me in order to allow a little more time so I could arrange with another moving company. I was in a tough spot and am so grateful for the way they helped me out! If I ever need to live in an apartment again, I will absolutely come back!”

“There are non smoking AND no pets allowed in some complexes. There are washers and dryers in the apartments, which were my #1 preferences, and I found this place with a scenic view. I feel safe leaving early in the morning or coming home llate at night. Whenever there is an issue, maintenance is there within 24 hours to resolve the issue. Very good on noise control.
