“My 2011 328i X BMW was in for service at 50,000 miles. Chet Dreesen was my Service Advisor. There was quite a long list of problems to solve, and my car was in the garage for three days. I felt confident that Chet knew how to solve all the issues, and that he rechecked them all after the mechanic had finished, to make sure that everything was taken care of.
