“The flats are in a great location. If you love to workout, Lifetime is literally in your parking lot. When it comes to the apartments, the kitchens are amazing. They have all great appliances from the fridge, sink and stove. The only problems we had is with our patio door. We were the first tenants for our unit and were told that the 'first' floor was done last. It also seemed to be done in a hurry as our door was not sealed properly and when it rained water flooded our patio door area. We also lived underneath who I would call a total hipster as he was up until 4-6am partying weekly, not just during the weekends but the weekdays also. This was completely annoying and when I tried to contact the office, no one responded because we did not know they switched managers until we moved out. Overall great location and units but make sure you know who is living above you, they give you the wifi password when you move in, and ask the maintenance guy to give you a call before he enters or he will come at 7am.”
