(June 2, 2023, 11:24 am)All you need to do is walk in. Forget scheduling an appointment. I walked in at 9:30am on a Friday and was helped immediately. Staff was helpful in answering all my questions, getting my information filled out, taking my photo and taking my payment. They then answered all my questions about how long the passport would take, etc. I had zero issues.

It's true that It's almost impossible to get someone to answer the phone. That's because once you walk in, you can see how busy they are! They are super helpful, super fast. I was there no longer than 20 mins to process my passport, with no appointment. During that time 4 other families were processed by 3-4 different clerks. Very fast, very nice staff.
