“All you need to do is walk in. Forget scheduling an appointment. I walked in at 9:30am on a Friday and was helped immediately. Staff was helpful in answering all my questions, getting my information filled out, taking my photo and taking my payment. They then answered all my questions about how long the passport would take, etc. I had zero issues.”
