“Traded in a vehicle and the next day had issues with the car I got into. They had it for a week at their shop and said it was fixed,picked it up and same issue,keeps cutting off at stops. Returned it to there shop and after sitting the whole day it was beyond their knowledge and had me take it to another shop. So,after a week and counting and $700+ and counting on a rental vehicle still no car and they sure wanted the payment when they claimed it was fixed..My trade in sold the day it hit the lot, imagine that! Never again will I do business here and will discourage others from making the same mistake!”

“I was able to get an appointment with only a few days notice. So helpful since my husband travel for our job and can never schedule too far in advance. Another well known NE humane spay and neuter place in Omaha was atleast a week or more to place an appointment. I went to Animal Spay-Neuter about 20 minutes early to ensure a parking spot in their tiny lot before they opened. I was able to get my pup in there early with no wait. There was a small wait in the afternoon when I went to pick him up. Staff seemed very caring. The front receptionist could use some help as she was so busy helping clients coming in, answering phone calls, and checking out patients. It's been right at week now since my pup was neutered and he hasn't had any issues healing.”
