I just wish in this time of having covid 19 that they would help some customers on unemployment, laid off or just goin back to work and was willing to help those they know are having trouble with payments that are not normaly late.. That would be ausome
I love the staff at RTO. They are nice, friendly, and service is always GREAT. The staff treats you as family and always shows you respect. I found my new home for a vehicle supplier and wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks for all of your time and service on both vehicles.
This place is AMAZING the people that work here REALLY CARE about their customers. This is my second vehicle I have rented from them and I have never had an issue. When I make my payment it covers- car payment, full coverage insurance, license plate, warranty, emergency road service and oil changes. The customer service is outstanding I have no complaints truly satisfied customer of you are debating on doing business with them please give them a try. People work to hard for their money and all we want to be is treated fair and with respect, they don't try to take advantage. I am happy every time I walk thought the door or call on the phone. They are always getting new stock in.
I started with this place about a year ago. Everyone here is great. Friendly, helpful and caring. Rich and Joe have advised and found solutions every step of the way.
I recommend anyone looking for a car to really check them out. You won’t regret it.
Rich and the manager (I forgot her name) were so helpful and fast. I had went in with 5 kids and was in and out with a new vehicle within an hour. They even inspected the car before I had even left the parking lot! Amazing customer service. I highly recommend getting a car from here.
