Not only did the quote come in at almost half of others they took me in back to explain and show me the difference in brands so I could make the best decision. Going back in we stayed to set things up for Monday as it would be a trip out to the bus as a gentleman came in and said the crew was going out in a bit and why not make it two stops. Long story, short. Half the price, job completed under 4 hours. Just stop looking and give these guys your business.”

When I make my payment it covers- car payment, full coverage insurance, license plate, warranty, emergency road service and oil changes. “Let me first start off by saying I am not one to typically write reviews. But I would be remiss if I did not share my experience today with T.O Haas. My wife and I are taking a road trip are taking a road trip from Chicago to Colorado. Half way into our trip we started to experience an issue with our breaks. After getting off the highway and dropping into three different mechanic I unsuccessfully found someone who was willing to take a look at our car and fit us into their schedule. On a final attempt I walked into T.O. Haas on Elm, they too had a full schedule for the day but after sharing my situation with the manager and the distance we still had to travel, the manager refused to let me continue our journey with questionable breaks. His genuine interest in my safety was the definition of remarkable customer service. He went to distance of asking one of the mechanics to forgo his lunch break to help me out!! That is not all, they didn’t all the parts In stock to fix my breaks so they went above and beyond to source the parts with an Hour!!! Bottom line I would highly recommend T.O Haas as you can guarantee they will be looking out for your safety as if it were their own!!”

“Sitting with my dogs while they ran around I picked up my cellphone and dialed Woodhouse service dept for a quote on an oil change. Yup. Come on in today before 2pm and we can take care of you they said. Impressed, I was on my way at 1pm. Pulled right into the service bay and was met straightaway. I know they gave comfortable furniture, fully stocked snack bar and a coffee machine that grinds beans on demand. Pretty neat. All in all a good time and no one tried to lure me towards anew ride.”
