T.O. Haas Tire & Auto - 13

Let me first start off by saying I am not one to typically write reviews. But I would be remiss if I did not share my experience today with T.O Haas.

My wife and I are taking a road trip are taking a road trip from Chicago to Colorado. Half way into our trip we started to experience an issue with our breaks. After getting off the highway and dropping into three different mechanic I unsuccessfully found someone who was willing to take a look at our car and fit us into their schedule.

On a final attempt I walked into T.O. Haas on Elm, they too had a full schedule for the day but after sharing my situation with the manager and the distance we still had to travel, the manager refused to let me continue our journey with questionable breaks. His genuine interest in my safety was the definition of remarkable customer service. He went to distance of asking one of the mechanics to forgo his lunch break to help me out!! That is not all, they didn’t all the parts In stock to fix my breaks so they went above and beyond to source the parts with an
Hour!!!

Bottom line I would highly recommend T.O Haas as you can guarantee they will be looking out for your safety as if it were their own!!

Great service, friendly, knowledgeable staff, great value. Will definitely go back next time we need tires for our vehicles.

I have been going to T.O. Haas tire for many years now based on the excellet service and handling of my cars. I currently work with Matt J one of the managers at the front, and no matter the scope of work large or small accomplishes it with confidence. I have no doubt that the service techs are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. If you're in the market for tires, need a repair, or just basic maintenance done this is the one stop shop to do it all.

Got me in pretty much immediately. Price quoted when I called was exactly what I paid when I left. The guys were friendly and helpful and they had my car done in about an hour. Theyre always fairly priced and I trust their work.
