  I found 3C by Googling mobile car repair -- just went down the list until someone would answer their phone -- Zach was my 5th call and the first to answer -- lucky me! I was apprehensive at first as I've been stung before -- made an appointment to go to his shop the following day. I knew when we shook hands this was to be a good experience! I thought I needed brake pads and possibly rotors. Zach and Mike (his more-than-able assistant) agreed that my pads were only half worn -- BUT -- beginning to crack and that the rotors were fine. I had just purchased my 2006 Chevy Suburban LTZ a few weeks earlier -- not having a mechanical mind -- I really didn't know much about it. They not only replaced the pads, they took the time to show me all the bells & whistles my "new" wheels had and how to use them. I'm 75 and have seen a bit -- I've never been more pleased by anyone that has ever worked on any car I've ever owned! Zach & Mike will have my business for the next 25 years or more -- God Willing! I've already given out the 6 business cards he gave me and will ask for more when I return to have my oil changed next week. I've told my friends and am now telling you -- give them a call -- you'll be glad you did!

  I had my car fixed about 9 months ago at a national company auto repair shop in Omaha. My car was clanking loudly and sounded like a jet taking off when I got over 40. They replaced a front end axle, I believe. I left and it wasn't any better. I took it back and they supposedly changed a wheel bearing. Left, not any better. After spending nearly $1,800 plus another $600 for my heater fan so a total of $2,400, still problem not solved (fan was working now but it actually quit working between visits, hum?) Didn't they drive it after? They couldn't have since absolutely no change in the noise before and after the "repairs. They said I needed to come back again for another repair that would cost another $600+. Well, by this time, I was out of money so I drove it like it was for 9 months and prayed a lot. My brother started looking and found 3C Mobile Auto repair. We took my car there and Zach had it fixed in no time. The national shop invoice didnt even show what side they worked on and wasn't able to tell by checking their records after a phone call so it was difficult to know what side needed repaired. Bottom line, they fixed my car , worked on both sides, wheel bearings (had to redo some of the national shops work)and an axle repair and the cost was so affordable. I wish I would have found them sooner. I wouldn't have had to drive that long with a "sick" car. Sorry I rambled but I am so impressed with the amount of work that was done for the very affordable price they charged not to mention , a very friendly and professional shop. I will absolutely take my vehicle back there again and will be referring them. Definitely found a GEM of a shop.

  Zach was recommended by a friend in Omaha. He was super friendly, helpful, and easy to stay in contact with. We were out while out of town and on the road for Christmas. I cannot thank Zach enough for helping out our family in this difficult time!

  I called Zach about repairing/replacing headlight on my truck. He showed up 15 minutes later, gave me a very reasonable quote and got right to work. The job was finished quickly and to my complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend Zach for mobile auto repair!! Thanks again!!

  Zach called me back within 5 minutes and came to help right away. I had a flat tire and was heading to drive back home (5 hours across the entire state of Iowa). He was polite, understanding, and helpful and prices were very reasonable. I couldn’t believe such a service was available on a Sunday morning! I was so appreciative of him getting my car back in working order so quickly. Thank you!
