Mr. Pasillas, CEO of Jaguar Roofing, Inc, realized the weaknesses and deficiencies in the original job and incorporated substantial improvements and features in the new roof that should make it last a long time. For instance, the venting on the original roof was much lacking and he made sure that new, updated ventilation systems were in place so the moisture buildup that had occurred would no longer damage the underlayment! And he was very helpful in taking the extra time to help us pick out just the right shingle in terms of style and color to make it look exceptionally well. He and his crew completed the reroofing job surprisingly fast and efficiently, being careful to pick up all the debris when the job was complete! I highly recommend Jaguar Roofing, Inc. without reservation—very professional, caring and competent. The job done very well and at a fair price!”

“Listen, I have no idea where the negative reviews of Thompson Roofing have come from on Google!?! If you want a more accurate assessment of Thompson roofing please look to Angie's List where they have a 5/5 rating with 39 VERIFIED reviews. Jeff Thompson and Thompson Roofing (the original Thompson Roofing in Omaha- not to be confused with the others as I suspect they may have been in several of these reviews) is the most professional, highest quality, most reasonably and fair priced Roofing company in the area. It's a shame that more of Jeff's customers haven't posted of their great experiences. Thompson Roofing came incredibly highly recommended by several people that I trust and Thompson Roofing only exceeded my already high expectations with the quality of work they did for our family. Jeff also repaired the roof on our church and insulated the attic portion of a new addition on our company. He also did a roof for my brother and in EVERY case Jeff's work was amazing, his customer service was unequaled, and his bill by far the most affordable of anything we had quoted. “We had some wind damage to our house that blew some of the siding off on one side. This was my first time having to deal with this issue as this is my first home. I had no idea how the process of getting my home repaired worked. I knew I had to make an insurance claim and originally my insurance company was only going to cover the cost to repair it and they originally did not send anyone out to actually look at the house. Spoke with Jose at Nebraska Exteriors Inc. and he was very quick to come take a look and walk me through how the whole process works. He was very honest and told me that I can request an insurance adjuster to come out and physically look at the house and that I want them to take a sample of the original siding to find out what kind of material it is and if it is still being manufactured. So I called my insurance company back and did just that. It turned out that the original siding was indeed no longer manufactured and there was nothing comparable that could be used in its place. So my insurance company paid to replace all of the siding on the entire house! Then, after we got the new estimate, Jose quickly found some things the insurance company did not include that should have been included. So my insurance company sent me another revised estimate. Once the insurance stuff was done, Jose explained the differences between the different types of siding and helped me pick the best one that would fit my house and look good. Once the siding was ordered and delivered the next day a crew of 3-4 guys showed up and immediately got to work. Originally Jose told me it would take 7 days to complete. They got the entire house re-sided in less than 5 days and it looks Amazing! From the moment I met Jose he put my mind at ease, told me the truth, helped me handle my insurance company and always answered my calls or quickly call me back whenever I had questions or concerns.
