I just had my second baby and core + pelvic therapy is a must to prevent so many issues. I didn't realize how weak my core really was until I started. Plus they have an amazing app to help you remember all of the exercises and stretches you go over. Oh and they started a daycare for the morning session which is so convenient. But even if it isn't available the ladies there never hesitate to hold the babies while you do your exercises. Seriously the best place hands down.”
