We bought our engagement ring and wedding bands from them. They have a beautiful selection and not too many to get overwhelmed by. You can clean your rings for free and get them checked out every time within a few minutes!! Everything was so easy and fun the whole time we were there! They were never pushy about buying anything and gave their honest feedback on each ring! “Ross Dress for Less. A staple in the affordable American clothing industry. What a store. It was good. I bought bootie shorts and a karaoke microphone. The store was cleaner than my mouth on Sunday morning. A cup of gummy worms melted into a gummy brick. Somehow. It was like 65 in there. Also, there was a rack of clips and ponytail holders that were bust in. Was there a bear attack or something? I was waddling around in the back, and an employee appeared. He pointed over to the wall, and said, "The bathrooms over there." And went over and unlocked it. I never mentioned the bathroom to him. How did he know that I needed to unload? Went in, and the two stalls were taken, and the two dudes in there were having a full conversation. They suddenly stopped. I feared for my life. Synchronized diarrhea. I left as fast as I could. I tried to clear my head by looking at the t-shirts. What a letdown. The shirts were all brand shirts. There were a few cool shirts, but literally all of them were about weed and mushrooms. A positive, to be sure, but I can't wear that stuff to high school! T-shirts were disappointing, but man, they went hog wild with the women's shirts. No comment, because I don't women's clothes. Really good, if you hate t-shirts that don't just say "Adidas."”

“Never have I seen a company handle a situation Better. A Lady customer and her husband came in, and the Woman just started griping about them not having something they ordered done yet. The manager, (I’m assuming )told them that their stuff was back ordered and the system, so their system didn’t show the correct thing to follow. This Man’s wife started badgering both of the girls in front saying he paid for this already you need to make it up to him, you’ve just gotta make it up to him. Her husband not stopping her from freaking out.. (henpecked for sure) Very calmly the Other dark haired lady took the man’s number, stated she would try and get the shirt finished for him today, without skipping a beat answered the phone, and the light haired lady helped another customer.. Again.. PLEASE RECOGNIZE THESE WOMEN and Their Stellar attempt to try to get this situation handled, even if it was the computers mistake!! (who cares what that lady had for lunch that had her so darn peeved) It’s been a Long time since I’ve seen respectable employees! Kudos Girls!!!!”
