“I came in today on Sept 11th for lunch. The food was great and the prices were super affordable and they give you big portions for what we pay for. I got the taco salad. It came with a blueberry muffin which the muffin was perfectly sweet and fluffy. The taco shell was light and crispy. The salad was fresh and tasty. The ground beef was cooked perfectly. They gave me extra sour cream and extra Italian dressing like I asked. The food was 5 out of 5 and great for the price. The service however was a different story. I can tell that the waitresses are on autopilot and don't enjoy working there. When I was done eating, I asked a waitress that wasn't my waitress (a tan skinned girl with long black hair looked like she was in her 20's) for my check. She was rude and looked at me like I was dumb. She just said "I don't know who your waitress is" and quickly turned around and walked away. She could have said "I'm sorry, I don't know who your waitress is. Let me find out and let your waitress know." but she obviously wasn't a team player and was lazy. Bad service from her. My waitress (an older lady with short gray/white hair) was obviously stuck on auto pilot. It definitely was not service with a smile. I gave my waitress the benefit of the doubt and maybe she was having an off day. I still tipped her $5 on a check that was $12.49. I will also give them bonus points because the food came out fast, which I appreciated and gave them 2 out of 5 stars for service instead of 0 out of 5 stars for service.”

“This was one of my wife’s favorite places when she lived in Omaha. We visited recently and had breakfast. The pastries looked amazing, and her Carmel roll was really good. She did mention that it used to have a lot more Carmel on it. She had the ham steak and poached eggs. I had the country fried steak. I loved that they had biscuits with it and gravy. There was a pretty decent crowd on a Saturday morning. We didn’t have to wait to be seated. We did not experience any of the negative things mentioned in other reviews about customer service.”

“We came in last minute for car headlight bulbs and the night Manager was awesome and went above and beyond (I can't remember her name bold she had blue hair) for us. She had a lot of keys she had to go through just to help us get what we needed. She even called a few crew members over who helped get the case open. Recomend 10 out of ten.”

“Camille’s Bakery is a cozy, friendly place to enjoy a light lunch and/or dessert. My mom, daughter and I ate lunch there on a recent Monday. My daughter loved her cheese quesadilla and my mom thoroughly enjoyed her quiche. I had the Mexican salad; the greens were fresh and crisp with just the right amount of dressing. The Rooibus iced tea was especially refreshing! We all shared a pineapple upside down cake, which was rich and flavorful. My daughter and I returned for lunch a week later. We took home a small chocolate frosted chocolate cake for my son. It was so good that my son did not give anyone else in the family a chance to sample it; he ate it all!”

“This was an interesting experience. I expected a full service restaurant, but found out it was more of a store where you order pickup, to go, or groceries. We asked about eating in and they informed us they have these tables they can set up next to the bench. So it is technically a dine in restaurant. The pricing here is fair. The sizes of the pizza were generous. It looked like Detroit style pizza to me, served in rectangles. The people working felt more like a family vibe and they were very friendly and casual. Parking is available on the street for free. I took a photo of the parking area next to the building. We ordered the garlic cheese bread and a sheet pizza that we got split into two different toppings. I went with a mostly vegetarian, so we didn't get meat options which is what I'd normally try. I did like the cream cheese addition. That was a nice touch. I'd like to go back and try more options. Hopefully find myself that 5 star combination.”

“Fabulous staff and great food! It was busy and they were extremely short staffed, but our waitress was amazing! She kept the flow between several tables running smoothly. She didn't get stressed out and moved around quickly to make sure everyone was taken care of. She got our order in and out so fast. She definitely earned her tip and then some! “I stopped into this gem of a bakery/cafe while shopping. I knew it had to be good because of the line of eager customers. Quick service. The soups, sandwiches, and salads all looked fresh and delicious. I had a bowl of broccoli cheese soup that came with a yummy cookie. The soup bowl was good sized and the soup was hot and so so good. I had a light lunch, but next time I’ll try one of the salads or sandwiches. I highly recommend this place! The staff was amazing!”
