I came in today on Sept 11th for lunch. The food was great and the prices were super affordable and they give you big portions for what we pay for. I got the taco salad. It came with a blueberry muffin which the muffin was perfectly sweet and fluffy. The taco shell was light and crispy. The salad was fresh and tasty. The ground beef was cooked perfectly. They gave me extra sour cream and extra Italian dressing like I asked. The food was 5 out of 5 and great for the price. The service however was a different story. I can tell that the waitresses are on autopilot and don't enjoy working there. When I was done eating, I asked a waitress that wasn't my waitress (a tan skinned girl with long black hair looked like she was in her 20's) for my check. She was rude and looked at me like I was dumb. She just said "I don't know who your waitress is" and quickly turned around and walked away. She could have said "I'm sorry, I don't know who your waitress is. Let me find out and let your waitress know." but she obviously wasn't a team player and was lazy. Bad service from her. My waitress (an older lady with short gray/white hair) was obviously stuck on auto pilot. It definitely was not service with a smile. I gave my waitress the benefit of the doubt and maybe she was having an off day. I still tipped her $5 on a check that was $12.49. I will also give them bonus points because the food came out fast, which I appreciated and gave them 2 out of 5 stars for service instead of 0 out of 5 stars for service.
The facility was quite pleasant. Nice size with tables, chairs, and booths. A few overflow seats at a "snack bar." Known for a country motif and fare with a bake shop. Generous portions. I very much enjoyed my omlett. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Bathrooms nice size and well lit. Menu photos as of May 2024.
We waited 10-15 minutes at the table and had to flag down a waitress to get service. They were busy and short handed. The food was excellent and delicious. We spent around $26 for the two of us before the tip. The waitress was attentive and friendly.
Had an awesome breakfast! The caramel roll was so delicious. Amazing smell as soon as you walk through the door. My server Alanna was very courteous. And very reasonable price. Definitely recommend this place for a good breakfast!
We stopped in to satisfy a chicken pot pie craving & FarmHouse C&B exceeded our expectations! Our host team & waitress, Karen, greeted us and appreciated our visit. While my photography skills fell to the hanger craving, we managed to capture the quiche & pasta side dishes untouched, the pot pie suffered a small (but repairable) fork indentation, nothing to detract from the wonderfully warm dish! The salad hit the mark but the roll fell short in pairing with the salad & pot pie.
Thanks, Karen & Crew for a pleasant dining experience!
