“I came in today on Sept 11th for lunch. The food was great and the prices were super affordable and they give you big portions for what we pay for. I got the taco salad. It came with a blueberry muffin which the muffin was perfectly sweet and fluffy. The taco shell was light and crispy. The salad was fresh and tasty. The ground beef was cooked perfectly. They gave me extra sour cream and extra Italian dressing like I asked. The food was 5 out of 5 and great for the price. The service however was a different story. I can tell that the waitresses are on autopilot and don't enjoy working there. When I was done eating, I asked a waitress that wasn't my waitress (a tan skinned girl with long black hair looked like she was in her 20's) for my check. She was rude and looked at me like I was dumb. She just said "I don't know who your waitress is" and quickly turned around and walked away. She could have said "I'm sorry, I don't know who your waitress is. Let me find out and let your waitress know." but she obviously wasn't a team player and was lazy. Bad service from her. My waitress (an older lady with short gray/white hair) was obviously stuck on auto pilot. It definitely was not service with a smile. I gave my waitress the benefit of the doubt and maybe she was having an off day. I still tipped her $5 on a check that was $12.49. I will also give them bonus points because the food came out fast, which I appreciated and gave them 2 out of 5 stars for service instead of 0 out of 5 stars for service.”

“This was one of my wife’s favorite places when she lived in Omaha. We visited recently and had breakfast. The pastries looked amazing, and her Carmel roll was really good. She did mention that it used to have a lot more Carmel on it. She had the ham steak and poached eggs. I had the country fried steak. I loved that they had biscuits with it and gravy. There was a pretty decent crowd on a Saturday morning. We didn’t have to wait to be seated. We did not experience any of the negative things mentioned in other reviews about customer service.”

“We are incredibly happy with the work Jim, Matt, and the rest of the team at Integrated Builders completed at our home. We provided a blank, unfinished basement with a couple of ideas and Integrated turned it into our new favorite room. Jim made sure we were happy with the project each and every step of the build. If anything was unsatisfactory, it was added to the list and made right. And, like the cherry on top, Jim & his team came in under budget. Can't beat that!”

“Grandel's did an absolute amazing job remodeling our kitchen! They took out the wall in-between our living room and kitchen/dinning area (opening up our living spaces into one big room), built a custom kitchen island, installed new cabinets, countertops, and sink. The guys also installed new flooring throughout and hooked us up with a sick backsplash and all new lighting. Happy wife happy life!! Zach, Jimmy, and the guys were awesome to work with and saw to every concern that we had. At the same time as our kitchen remodel we had another contractor refinishing our split entry way. When that contractor slipped on deadlines and didn't see to certain concerns, Zach and the guys stepped in and knocked the refinish out in style. We love the black railing and refinished posts. We would recommend Grandel's for any of your construction needs and we will be using Grandel's again for our future projects!”
