“My fireplace pilot light suddenly went out last week. I called this business, and Greg himself called me back with 24 hours. Fortunately, there had been a cancellation from another client, so I received service in 8 days, which is superior for this time of year. Alex came out today and gave me outstanding service. He explained everything he did and didn't leave until the fireplace was clean and working perfectly. I'm have this company return in March to put mesh over the outside vent to keep birds from nesting. I was extremely impressed with the quality of service, and I plan to be a yearly repeat customer.”

The Heartland Floors team kept us informed of the timeline, what was done each day, what we could and should not do to the floor, and what was coming up next so we knew what to expect. “My daughter and I just received our SCUBA open water certification with Jeff (Steiner SCUBA). He was a great teacher and his love for SCUBA and teaching was evident from the first contact for information. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for instruction at any level. He was very flexible on schedules. He was very patient and we felt very comfortable with diving right away (with no experience before). His classroom and pool instruction was excellent, any questions were welcome. Jeff took over this business recently (so please keep this in mind with some of the older reviews). If you are looking for anything SCUBA related you really need to contact them, you will be glad that you did.”

“My experience has been a complete 180 than what it was with Home Depot. Long story short, I went to Home Depot, demanded my money back and hopped across the street to see Angel. I had just spent four months trying to buy an entry door. I came to Angel with what I wanted. He was able to mock it up and give me an estimate in minutes (HD took about an hour mucking around on their software). We worked back and forth on details and I made the purchase. A few weeks later the door came in (on time - HD was 2 weeks late). He called me, let me know it was in and we worked on scheduling an install. They ended up coming that weekend to install (HD was a month out for installs). The installer, Michael, was wonderful. He was very detailed and they were there much later than expected (everything in this house was done wrong). I couldn't be happier with my entry door and the process. This is what buying local and the customer experience is all about. Thanks guys! I can't recommend y'all enough.”
