(May 24, 2020, 8:11 pm)I have lived here for 16 years under the previous owner the lot rent went up 100.00 in 15 years. New owners have increased it by 50.00-55.00 in less than a year. They have moved some of the problem people out of here, which is nice. It is usually a very peaceful park. There always has to be 1 or 2 in a community to know law enforcement way more than the rest of us. For the most part people take care of there property!! Lot rent now is 490.00 and I own my place so that really CHEAP living!!!
