“I had recently gone to a networking event at Avidor. I was super impressed!!! The event was hosted by a gal Christina Reed, who was so welcoming and fun. She took me on a tour and I got to see the apartments. They were much more spacious than I would had imagined based on the dimensions listed in the brochure. The residents were so fun to talk to and the place is absolutely stunning. It was winter so I did not get to go outside but that pool that I saw outside the window looks absolutely amazing. I had not heard of it prior but was amazed by this place! As a nurse, I love that mature adults get encouraged to have activity and socialization, which are keys for staying healthy and preventing decline that can happen with advancing age. They have so many activities there. It is a tremendous value to live there when considering all of the entertainment, health benefits, and beauty that this place provides. I wish they would lower the age limit so I can move in!!! This place is like a super cozy tropical resort.”

“This was my first time renting my own apartment, so of course I had a million questions. Everyone has made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I chose to sign the lease after I got to view the actual unit just in case I didn’t like it, but the actual unit was much prettier than the model unit they showed me. The kitchen could use major updating, but all in all it’s a nice, clean, comfortable place for me to call home. I think my only complaint is that there’s not a lot of parking so if you get home late, expect to walk a good distance to the door! Overall, I’m very happy with my decision to live at The Biltmore after the stress of apartment touring. Thank you to all the staff & neighbors that have helped me out!! :)”

I really enjoyed the quiet community, the pool, and all of the dogs! :) Jeremy, Lee-Ann, and Annabelle in the leasing office were friendly and helpful with all of my questions, and the few maintenance requests I had were taken care of quickly. They really go above and beyond to work with residents. When I bought my home and was in the process of moving out, my movers ended up walking off the job and leaving all of my belongings in my garage! My lease was ending that day, it was already 4pm, and I had no way to get all of my belongings out of the unit on time. When I went to let them know, they were very understanding and worked with me in order to allow a little more time so I could arrange with another moving company. I was in a tough spot and am so grateful for the way they helped me out! If I ever need to live in an apartment again, I will absolutely come back!”

“There are non smoking AND no pets allowed in some complexes. There are washers and dryers in the apartments, which were my #1 preferences, and I found this place with a scenic view. I feel safe leaving early in the morning or coming home llate at night. Whenever there is an issue, maintenance is there within 24 hours to resolve the issue. Very good on noise control. “I really loved the year my husband and I spent here! Rent wasn't outrageous, and for the most part, fair. The staff is friendly, helpful, and understanding. I only had one issue with a maintenance related issue that took a few tries to fully fix, but each time they were quick to answer and help me out! I loved our third-floor apartment with the fireplace & vaulted ceilings, and in apartment washer & drier - 100% worth it! We never once had issues with neighbors or noise (and never received complaints towards us either). Pool and gym are nothing too special or crazy, but nice to have when we desired. Great location & neighborhood. I would certainly recommend to others!”

It was decent size, good storage room and nice view from patio. Kids park and elementary school are very close. It was always great to meet friends and families at park while kids playing. The school, play area, walking trail are so huge and beautiful.The whispering ridge team is awesome. They have amazing maintenance and office staff. Troy is very caring and helpful. He always greets with smile and treats us like family. He goes beyond and try to help us whenever we have any problem. Libby is very helpful and professional. The clubhouse with nice swimming pool.
