“I have been going in each morning to get the newspaper for my dad while he is visiting. One day, my car wouldn't start. I had a friend pick me up. When I came back with jumper cables, Patrick came out to help me, my husband and 89 year old dad jump start the car. It was cold and windy, and while we sat in the car, Patrick was the one to stand outside and oversee the whole process. The next day, he asked if we got the car fixed, and overall how things were going. Patrick was interested in us as people. This is above and beyond what I would expect of an employee. The gal that rings up my sales each morning is also nice and friendly. Because of their kindness and willingness to go above and beyond to be helpful, I will also buy my gas and any other odds and ends I might need in a jiffy. I also appreciate the fact employees are wearing masks.
